System Requirements:

• MerchandiZer works with all operating systems that are able to run a web browser. Either Internet Explorer (3.0 or greater) or Netscape (4.07 or greater) will do. This includes, but is not limited to Windows 95, 98, NT, and MAC OS (6 and greater). We strongly recommend updating your browser (they are free to download from http://microsoft.com/ and http://netscape.com/) to the most current available due to the fact that the newest browsers usually work better (and smarter!) than older ones.
• MerchandiZer will work with any frames capable browser that supports Javascript. Though Merchandizer is compatible with all browsers, we prefer that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer. Our preference is mostly based on aesthetic reasons. Some old fashioned browsers, and browsers that do not allow frames, may not be able to use the full functionality of MerchandiZer. If you are using Netscape, Netscape appears to act a little funny with ASP technology when several windows are open. If you have errors while using Netscape, you might want to clear your Cache. This can be done simply by accessing -Edit - preferences - advanced - Cache -and then select to clear memory, and clear disk cache. Some settings do not show the latest version of a page, and simply pull a page from storage on your hard disk. Clearing your Cache solves that problem. Not a browser issue, but a settings issue; even though MerchandiZer does not use cookies it will not work correctly if the cookies are turned off as it will reject our session variables.
