The learning curve for this Network Solutions is a bit steeper than its competitors. You need to give yourself a little more time to understand the options available and how to use them correctly. If you have been thinking about taking your business to the web, Network Solutions would be a good choice.

Network Solutions has increased the amount of templates they offer for personal web designing. When you follow the category tree on the left side of the page, you will be able to access all the design features for your webpage including fonts, colors, logos, images, and more. Not only that, but you can also customize your emails, forms, FAQs, invoices, layouts and lists. They give you full control of your site.

This shopping cart software offers the ability for credit card processing, provides flexible shipping options and manages banner ads while making the website as secure as possible.

Network Solutions has an easy to use navigation. The shopping cart navigation has a title bar along the left hand side, which produces drop down menus to point and choose from. It took us approximately one hour to add a few products to the system and to become familiar with the shopping cart program. After we were familiar with the product, it took us approximately one minute per product to enter general products.

Creating mailing lists is easy under the “Sales” tab on the admin page. They give you tips to make your email show up in the inbox of its intended recipient and not in the spam catcher. You can create customer groups like the 20% Off Customers by creating the group in Customer manager. You can assign all new customers to a group to allow for easier marketing. You can offer discounts on different products or based on the amount of the purchase. You can discount just about anything.

Network Solutions has FAQs, forums and an online help manual. The forum looks good, and has many great questions answered on how to get things started. The online help manual is difficult to find at first. It’s not out in plain sight.
